Please read these terms before using the Shree Cars website, requesting a test drive, sending a booking enquiry or submitting a vehicle for sale.
These terms govern use of the Shree Cars website. Vehicle-specific sale documentation, invoices, delivery records and other signed or confirmed transaction documents may contain additional terms that apply to a particular purchase or sale.
You may use this website to browse available vehicles, request information, arrange a test drive, send a booking enquiry, contact Shree Cars or submit details of a vehicle you wish to sell.
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation or upload malicious or unlawful material.
Shree Cars aims to present useful information about each listed vehicle, including photographs, specifications, year, kilometres, fuel type, transmission, ownership and other available details.
Pre-owned vehicles can differ in condition and specification. Website information should therefore be treated as a convenient summary and should be verified through physical inspection, documents and discussion with the showroom before completing a purchase.
Images are intended to represent the listed vehicle where stated. Screen colour, lighting, camera angle and image processing may affect appearance.
A vehicle displayed as “Available” may receive enquiries from more than one customer. Availability is not guaranteed until the showroom confirms the booking or transaction according to its current process.
Vehicles may be marked Reserved, Sold or Hidden and may be removed from the public website without notice. Prices and other listing information may also be corrected if an error is identified.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, website prices should not be assumed to include every possible transfer, insurance, tax, finance, documentation or other transaction-related charge.
Submitting a preferred date or time is a request only. The test drive is scheduled after confirmation from Shree Cars and remains subject to vehicle availability, showroom timing, driver eligibility and any identification or licence requirements communicated by the team.
Shree Cars may reschedule or decline a test-drive request where reasonably necessary for safety, vehicle availability or operational reasons.
The “Book This Car” form starts a booking conversation. Submitting the form does not by itself reserve the vehicle, create a completed sale, or guarantee the listed price.
A reservation becomes effective only after Shree Cars confirms the applicable booking process and any required advance is received and acknowledged by the authorised team.
Terms relating to cancellation, refundability of an advance, delivery and final documentation should be confirmed for the specific vehicle before payment.
Shree Cars does not collect vehicle payments or booking advances through an online payment gateway on this website.
Payment instructions may be shared directly by the authorised Shree Cars team after contacting the customer. Before sending money, independently confirm the bank account, UPI ID, recipient name and amount through an official contact method.
Do not transfer money solely because you received a message that appears to use the Shree Cars name or logo. If payment details change unexpectedly, verify them before making any transfer.
When you submit a vehicle through the “Sell Your Car” form, the information is used for an initial review. Submission does not create an obligation for Shree Cars to purchase, list or accept the vehicle.
Any valuation or offer may depend on physical inspection, documents, registration status, ownership, service history, outstanding finance, accident history, mechanical condition and other relevant factors.
You should provide information and photographs that are accurate to the best of your knowledge and confirm that you have authority to offer the vehicle for sale.
The Shree Cars name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where use is permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, vehicle brand names and model names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
Shree Cars may update, suspend or change parts of the website from time to time. While reasonable efforts should be made to keep information accurate and the website available, uninterrupted access or error-free content cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing on the website replaces the need to inspect the vehicle, review the applicable documents and confirm the final commercial terms before purchase.
The website may link to or embed third-party services such as maps, WhatsApp, social networks or video platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
These terms may be updated as the website and Shree Cars processes evolve. The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
